Optional Redemption of Series 2009-VFN Notes; Final Distributions. (a) On any Business Day occurring on or after the date on which the outstanding principal balance of the Series 2009-VFN Notes is reduced to 10% or less of the greatest ever Note Principal Balance, the Servicer shall have the option to redeem the Series 2009-VFN Notes, at a purchase price equal to (i) if such day is a Distribution Date, the Reassignment Amount for such Distribution Date or (ii) if such day is not a Distribution Date, the Reassignment Amount for the Distribution Date following such day.
