Optional Renewal Terms. After the conclusion of the Initial Term, USAC will have the right to extend the Contract Term by exercising up to _______ (__) one-year optional renewal terms (“Optional Renewal Terms”).
Optional Renewal Terms. In addition to the base period of one (1) year, there are (_) (insert number of renewals) one-year optional renewal terms (each a "Renewal Term") to be exercised at the sole discretion of APS. Additionally, as required by O.C.G.A. § 20-2-506, this Contract shall terminate absolutely and without further obligation on the part of APS at the close of the calendar year in which it was executed and at the close of each succeeding calendar year for which it may be renewed, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Agreement or renewed as provided herein. During the Term, this Contract will be automatically renewed for the following calendar year unless this Contract is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Article VII herein below.
Optional Renewal Terms. The parties may renew this Agreement for up to three (3) additional one (1) year optional renewal terms by mutual agreement in writing. The City must advise the Contractor at least nine (9) months from expiration of the initial term or a renewal term. If Contractor does not agree to the renewal within one (1) month of such notification, it will be assumed they do not agree. This provision in no way limits City’s right to terminate this Agreement at any time during the initial term or any optional renewal term thereof pursuant to the provisions in this Agreement.
Optional Renewal Terms. Contractor may prohibit the City from exercising an optional renewal term by providing written notice to the City on or before eleven (11) months preceding the scheduled date of expiration of the initial term or the then current optional renewal term of this Agreement. If the Contractor does not provide written notice to the City on or before eleven (11) months preceding the scheduled date of expiration of the initial term or the then current optional renewal term of this Agreement prohibiting the City from exercising the optional renewal term, the City may upon written notice to Contractor not later than sixty (60) calendar days preceding the scheduled date of expiration of the initial term or the then current optional renewal term of this Agreement of the City’s intent to exercise the optional renewal term. This provision in no way limits the City’s right to terminate this Agreement at any time during the initial term or any optional renewal term thereof pursuant to the provisions in this Agreement. SECTION 6: RESIDENTIAL SERVICES [MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE SERVICES, BULK WASTE SERVICES, RECYCLING SERVICES, YARD TRIMMINGS SERVICES, AND/OR HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE SERVICES] 6.1 Residential Services [Municipal Solid Waste Services, Bulk Waste Services, Recycling Services, Yard Trimmings Services, and Household Hazardous Waste Services] for Residential Service Units
Optional Renewal Terms. This Agreement may be renewed for three (3) successive one (1) year terms (each, a “Renewal Term”) by mutual written agreement of the parties hereto, executed not less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, as applicable. Optional Renewal Terms. After the initial term as defined in Section 6 of this Contract, City-Parish shall have the option to renew this Contract for one (1) or multiple additional renewal terms, not to exceed a combined total of three (3) years. Contractor may prohibit the City-Parish from exercising an optional renewal term by providing written notice to the City-Parish on or before eleven (11) months preceding the scheduled date of expiration of the initial term or preceding renewal term. If the Contractor does not provide written notice to the City-Parish prohibiting the City-Parish from exercising the optional renewal term on or before eleven (11) months preceding the scheduled date of expiration of the initial term or preceding renewal term, the City-Parish may provide written notice to Contractor, not later than sixty (60) calendar days preceding the scheduled date of expiration of the current term (initial term or renewal term), of the City- Parish’s intent to exercise an optional renewal term. Optional Renewal Terms. At any time following the Second Renewal Term, B&G shall have the continuing option to renew the Agreement for additional, consecutive one-year periods (“Optional Renewal Term”) for so long as Net Sales in the Past Year are at least $15 million, but less than $20 million.

Optional Renewal Terms. If a Trigger Event does not occur during the Initial Term, this Agreement may thereafter continue for Optional Renewal Term(s) upon the mutual agreement of the parties hereto. Six months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, JAMtv and SEI shall begin to negotiate in good faith in order to determine whether to enter into an Optional Renewal Term of three (3) years (subject to the possibility of a Trigger Event occurring during such negotiations and a corresponding Mandatory Renewal Term).
