Term Extension. The State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Contract, under the same terms and conditions, at the State's sole option.
Term Extension. Term Extension. This agreement shall not be extended for more than a five (5) year period.

On the third and each successive anniversary of the effective date of this Employment Agreement, the Term of this Employment Agreement shall be extended for an additional one (1) year period, unless either party gives notice of such party's intent not to extend the Term of this Employment Agreement not later than the anniversary date immediately preceding the anniversary date on which such extension will occur.. Termination of the Executive's employment pursuant to this Employment Agreement shall be governed by Articles 4 and 5.

Term Extension. Unless either party notifies the other in writing at least 90 days prior to the expiration of this contract, this Contract shall be extended for an additional period of three (3) years not to exceed more than six (6) additional years, provided that the Contractor satisfies the minimum standards for CSP certification then in effect.
Term Extension. The term of the Lease shall be extended for 86 months (the “Extension Term”), ending on December 31, 2020. The definition of “Term Expiration Date” as set forth in Section 4.2 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced with December 31, 2020.
Term Extension. The Company shall be terminated on December 31, 2021, unless extended by mutual written agreement of all of the Shareholders or earlier terminated in accordance with Section 11 (Dissolution). Any such extension shall be effective only upon the written agreement of all of the Shareholders and shall be on such terms and for such period as set forth in such agreement. The Shareholders agree to meet, no later than December 31, 2020, to discuss the possible extension of the term of the Company.
