Common use of Optional Repurchase by the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Optional Repurchase by the Servicer. Pursuant to Section 1202 of the Indenture, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, the Servicer shall have the right, but not the obligation, to cause the Trust to redeem a Series or Class of Notes in whole but not in part by paying to the Trust the applicable redemption price for such Series or Class of Notes.
