OPTIONAL REPURCHASE OF DEFAULTED MORTGAGE LOANS. Notwithstanding any provision in Section 3.07 to the contrary, the Servicer may repurchase any Mortgage Loan delinquent in payment for a period of 60 days or longer for a price equal to the Repurchase Price.
