Optional Types of Pension. 12.01 (a) Normal Form for members without Spouses The normal type of pension under the Plan for a Member without a Spouse at the date at which payment of their pension benefits commence, or for a Member who has a Spouse from whom they are living separate and apart at that date, is one payable for the entire lifetime of the retired member and guaranteed for 60 months in any event.
