Common use of Optionee Not a Stockholder Clause in Contracts

Optionee Not a Stockholder. The Optionee shall not be deemed for any purposes to be a stockholder of the Company with respect to any of the Option Shares except to the extent that the Option has been exercised, payment made, and a stock certificate issued.

Optionee Not a Stockholder. The Optionee shall not be deemed for any purposes purpose to be a stockholder of the Company Corporation with respect to any shares as to which the Option granted hereunder has not been exercised in strict accordance hereof, with payment of the Option Shares except to the extent that the Option has been exercised, payment made, Exercise Price and a stock certificate issuedissuance of certificates made as provided herein.

Optionee Not a Stockholder. The Optionee shall not be deemed for any purposes purpose to be a stockholder of the Company in respect of any shares as to which this option shall not have been exercised, as herein provided, and, with respect to any of the Option Shares except shares as to the extent that the Option has which this option shall have been exercised, not until such shares shall have been issued to the Optionee by the Company hereunder and, if applicable, any check for payment made, and a stock certificate issuedof such shares shall have cleared the bank.
