Options and Other Equity Programs. This Agreement does not change or affect your rights or obligations under any stock option or other equity program in which you participate during your employment. Your rights and obligations under any stock option, stock grant or other equity program continue to be governed only by the terms of those options, grants or programs. This Agreement, however, will be construed in unison with the Change of Control Agreement as stated in that agreement.
