Common use of Options Granted Clause in Contracts

Options Granted. 1. On the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, Employer grants Holder the ability to acquire 75,000 Options to purchase shares of common stock of Employer at a purchase price of $0.43 per share ("Options"), such Options being further subject to the provisions of the Plan, as administered by Employer’s Option Committee. Xxxxxx’s right to receive Options granted hereunder terminates should Xxxxxx resign, or be forcibly removed, as an employee of Employer.

XxxxxxHolder’s right to receive Options granted hereunder terminates should Xxxxxx Holder resign, or be forcibly removed, as an employee of Employer.
