Options to Increase Available Power Sample Clauses

The "Options to Increase Available Power" clause defines the mechanisms by which a party, typically the customer, can request and secure additional electrical power capacity beyond the initially agreed amount. This clause outlines the procedures for making such requests, any limitations or conditions that apply, and the timeline for implementation, such as requiring advance notice or specifying maximum increments. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for future growth or changing operational needs, ensuring that the customer can adapt to increased power demands without renegotiating the entire agreement.
