Oral Agreements; Applicable Law. The parties acknowledge that there are no oral agreements or understandings that conflict with, modify, supplement or supersede the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to contracts entered into and to be performed in the State of Illinois.
