Common use of Oral Argument Concerning Compliance Dispute Clause in Contracts

Oral Argument Concerning Compliance Dispute. Petitioner or Company may, at the time of submission of the memoranda described in § 12.6(b), request oral argument before the Compliance Dispute Review Officer on the subject of the Compliance Dispute and appropriate remedies, if any. If either the Petitioner or Company so requests, the Compliance Dispute Review Officer shall hear such argument at a time and place convenient to the Compliance Dispute Review Officer, the Petitioner, and Company, and shall accept and consider any evidence relevant to the Compliance Dispute introduced at the hearing.
