Common use of Oral Examination on Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Oral Examination on Qualifications. In addition thereto and when directed by the Agency, the Bidder, or a responsible officer, agent or employee thereof, must submit to an oral examination to be conducted by the Agency relative to its proposed tentative plan and schedule of operations, and such other matters as the Agency may deem necessary, in order to determine the Bidder's ability and responsibility to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract. Each person so examined must sign and verify a stenographic transcript of such examination noting thereon any corrections that person may desire to make.
