The Contractor shall notify its members of the availability of these services and how to obtain them. This includes ensuring that providers who have twenty-four (24) hour access to healthcare-related services in their service locations or via telephone (e.g., hospital emergency departments, PMPs) shall provide members with twenty-four (24) hour oral interpreter services, either through interpreters or telephone services. For example, the Contractor shall ensure that network providers provide TDD services for hearing impaired members, oral interpreters, and signers.
