Orange Book Patents. Teva shall have the sole right to reference any Teva Patents and Teva [ * ] Patents with respect to the Product in the U.S., including listing Teva Patents as Orange Book Patents. Alexza shall cooperate with Teva’s reasonable requests in connection therewith, including meeting any submission deadlines to the extent required or permitted by Applicable Laws or regulations.
