Common use of ORAVAX Clause in Contracts

ORAVAX. Inc., a corporation existing and organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, having its principal place of business at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States of America (hereinafter referred to as "OraVax"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Master Agreement dated March 31, 1995 as amended by that certain Amendment Agreement dated November 2, 1998 (the "Master Agreement").
