Common use of ORCHARD CENTAR MASTER Clause in Contracts

ORCHARD CENTAR MASTER. LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, having its registered office at Romasco Place, Wickhams Cay 1, PO Box 3140, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110 (“CENTAR”) and MAKIRA SP5 LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, having its registered office at Cricket Square, Xxxxxxxx Drive, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0-0000 (“MAKIRA”) (CENTAR and MAKIRA are hereinafter collectively referred to as “OCP” which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof deemed mean and include successors, affiliates, representatives and permitted assigns of CENTAR and MAKIRA); and
