Upon occurrence of the Leave, Executive’s entitlement to any unvested options under the Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corporation Stock Incentive Plan (“Stock Incentive Plan”) shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Stock Incentive Plan document and Executive’s non-qualified stock option agreement issued under the Stock Incentive Plan.
