Order Appointing Receiver Clause Samples
An Order Appointing Receiver is a court directive that designates a neutral third party, known as a receiver, to take control of specific property or assets during a legal dispute. This order typically outlines the receiver’s powers, duties, and the scope of assets under their management, such as overseeing a business, collecting rents, or preserving property value. By appointing a receiver, the court ensures that assets are protected and managed impartially while litigation is ongoing, preventing waste, mismanagement, or unfair advantage to any party.
