Order Changes. Feniex charges a 10% service fee (based on product value) for any change requests made within 24 hours after order submission. Changes subject to fee can include, but are not limited to: color changes, product changes, or cancellations. Order changes will trigger a lead time review, depending on the changes the order could be subject to a new extended lead time to fulfill the order.
Order Changes. If you make changes to the Vehicle after the Order Date, you may lose eligibility for special edition models, your place in line for priority delivery, and/or be subject to potential price increases based on any pricing adjustments made since the Order Date.
Order Changes a. Parties may request a change to the Order by providing a written request. A change will not take effect until and unless accepted in writing and signed by authorized representatives. In any event, each party will in good faith discuss and negotiate the Order change request, including any equitable adjustment in price.
Order Changes a) For a purchase order which is more than thirty (30) days, but less than sixty (60) days, from its scheduled shipment date, Customer may request in writing a onetime deferral of the scheduled shipment date not to exceed thirty (30) days, with no cancellation charge imposed.
b) If Customer cancels an order or reduces an order or exceeds the foregoing Product shipment rescheduling rights in this Section 6, Customer agrees to pay the Product cancellation charges as described in the relevant Task Order.
Order Changes. Purchase Orders may be canceled only with Sagent's prior written approval. Cancellation of a Purchase Order is subject to a restocking charge equal to ten percent (10%) of the aggregate value of such Purchase Order.
Order Changes. Customer agrees that Company will accept Order changes ONLY prior to commencement of production. Customer agrees to submit all Order changes using the Change Order Form, located on the Company’s website. Customer further agrees that any and all Order changes will result in additional fees. Customer shall pay the additional fees prior to commencement of production.
Order Changes. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, Customer’s cancellation, modification or rescheduling of any accepted Purchase Order will be governed by the terms of Exhibit B hereto. However, if any fees will be charged to Manufacturer by suppliers resulting from or arising from the foregoing cancellation, modification or rescheduling of any accepted Purchase Order, Manufacture will notify Customer in advance of any such fee and Customer shall be responsible for it. Manufacturer will make commercially reasonable efforts to increase or decrease commitments for deliveries as called for in Purchase Orders. These efforts will include efforts to align capacity plans and component procurement agreements in accordance with Customer’s Forecasts and capacity commitments described in Section 4.
Order Changes. Except during the "Frozen Zone" Buyer may, upon written or electronic notice to Seller, change the quantity, delivery locations or delivery dates of the Products.
Order Changes. If changes to the Sales Order result in changes to cost, quantity, or expected delivery date, Customer shall allow for equitable and reasonable changes to price and/or expected delivery date. Sales Order is non-cancelable, and products and services therein are non-returnable (“NCNR”) when quoted as NCNR by Spirit. Products and services that are NCNR may only be approved for return as outlined below.
Order Changes. No Order shall be deemed or construed to be modified, amended, rescinded, canceled, or waived in whole or in part, except by a written Change Order signed by a representative of each party.
