Common use of Order for sale Clause in Contracts

Order for sale. Any charge registered in accordance with Clause 5.13(c) hereof shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) of this Deed shall apply equally to any such action.

Order for sale. Any charge registered in accordance with Clause 5.13(c) hereof 26 shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Share or Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building Development held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) 25 of this Deed shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with under Clause 5.13(c10.14(b) hereof shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Shares Share of the defaulting Owner together with the right attached Right to the exclusive use, occupation Occupy and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) of this Deed shall apply equally to any such action.Clause

Any charge registered in accordance with Clause 5.13(csub-clause (c) hereof above shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building Development held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(bsub-clause (b) of this Deed above shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with under Clause 5.13(c10.12(b) hereof shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Shares Share of the defaulting Owner together with the right attached Right to the exclusive use, occupation Occupy and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) of this Deed 10.11 shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with Clause 5.13(c) hereof 29 shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Share or Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building Development held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) of this Deed 28 shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with Clause 5.13(c) hereof 4.18 shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Share or Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building Development held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) 4.17 of this Deed shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with Clause 5.13(c5.12(c) hereof shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b5.12(b) of this Deed shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with under Clause 5.13(c10.13(b) hereof shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Shares Share of the defaulting Owner together with the right attached Right to the exclusive use, occupation Occupy and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) of this Deed 10.12 shall apply equally to any such action.

Any charge registered in accordance with the last preceding Clause 5.13(c) hereof shall be enforceable as an equitable charge by action at the suit of the Manager for an order for sale of the Undivided Share or Shares of the defaulting Owner together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of the part of the Land and the Building Development held therewith and the provisions of Clause 5.13(b) 26 of this Deed shall apply equally to any such action.
