Order Fulfillment Process. The Parties will work together in good faith to develop and implement mutually agreeable processes and systems for communicating and processing Omics Service orders and the delivery of Omics Service reports and results, including access by NantOmics to NantHealth CRM solutions used for order tracking and access and/or integration with laboratory information management systems utilized by NantOmics.
Order Fulfillment Process. Flextronics and the Flextronics Affiliated Companies shall employ two processes in fulfilling Product orders submitted by Purchaser under this Agreement, the Kanban Process and the PO Process. The Kanban Process shall be used for all Products designated as Kanban Products on Schedule A hereto and the PO Process shall be used for all Products designated as PO Products on Schedule A hereto.
Order Fulfillment Process. NantHealth will be responsible for (i) coordinating all aspects of the performance of the Omics Services with physicians, patients and Institutional Customers, including obtaining from such parties the required order requisition, patient consent and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act forms, and (ii) the ultimate acceptability and medical necessity of the Omics Services ordered by NantHealth’s customer.
