Order Granting Final Approval. The Order Granting Final Approval shall not address attorneys’ fees and expenses, which shall be handled as set forth below in paragraph 4.08 of this Agreement, and the omission of a Settlement Classruling on attorneys’ fees shall not affect the finality of the Order Granting Final Approval. The Parties will submit to the Court a proposed Order Granting Final Approval.
