Common use of Order Issue Resolution Clause in Contracts

Order Issue Resolution. As between Headset and Supplier, Retailer agrees to work in good faith with any applicable Supplier to resolve any disputes and issues with respect to any orders created through the use of the Headset Solution, including, without limitation, issues related to insufficient inventory, quality of Merchandise, and incorrect or delayed shipments, and Supplier agrees that Headset is not responsible for and will have no liability with respect to any such disputes and issues.
