Common use of Order of Completion of Transactions Clause in Contracts

Order of Completion of Transactions. The transactions provided for in Article II and Article III of this Agreement shall be completed immediately following the Effective Time in the following order: first, the transactions provided for in Article II shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and second, following the completion of the transactions provided for in Article II, the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, shall be completed.

Order of Completion of Transactions. The transactions provided for in Article II 2 and Article III 3 of this Agreement shall be completed immediately following the Effective Closing Time in the following order: first, the transactions provided for in Article II 2 shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and second, following the completion of the transactions as provided for in Article II2, the transactions provided for in Article IIItransactions, if they occur, provided for in Article 3 shall be completed.

Order of Completion of Transactions. The transactions provided for in Article ARTICLE II and Article III of this Agreement shall will be completed immediately following the Effective Time in the following order: firstorder set forth in ARTICLE II of this Agreement, provided that the transactions provided for in Article II shall Section 2.09 through 2.12 will be completed after the Effective Time, at the time determined by the General Partner. The transactions provided for in the order set forth therein; and second, following the completion ARTICLE III of this Agreement will be completed simultaneously with the transactions provided for in Article II, the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, shall be completedARTICLE II of this Agreement.

Order of Completion of Transactions. The transactions provided for in Article II and Article III I of this Agreement shall be completed immediately following the Effective Time in the following order: first, the transactions provided for in Article II shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and secondprovided, following that in no event shall the completion Effective Time be deemed to have occurred prior to the consummation of the transactions provided for in Article II, contemplated by the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, shall be completedPhase 3 Agreement.

The transactions provided for in Article III of this Agreement will be completed simultaneously with the transactions provided for in Article II shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and second, following the completion of the transactions provided for in Article II, the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, shall be completedthis Agreement.

Order of Completion of Transactions. Order of Completion of Transactions. Order of Completion of Transactions. The transactions provided for in Article II Articles II, III, IV and Article III V of this Agreement shall be completed immediately following on the Effective Time Date in the following order: firstFirst, the transactions provided for in Article II shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and secondSecond, following the completion of the transactions provided for in Article IIArticles III and IV shall be completed in the order set forth therein; and Fourth, the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, V shall be completedcompleted in the order set forth therein.

The transactions provided for in Articles II and III of this Agreement shall be completed on the date of this Agreement in the following order: first: following the completion of the transactions provided for in Article II and Article III of this the Contribution Agreement shall be completed immediately following and the Effective Time sale of Preference Units by the Underwriters to the public as contemplated in the following order: firstUnderwriting Agreement, the transactions provided for in Article II shall be completed in the order set forth thereincompleted; and second, : following the completion of the transactions as provided for in Article IIfirst above, the transactions provided for in Article III, if they occur, III shall be completed.
