ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION TO LENDERS. If the amount received by the Agent from an Obligor (or, as the case may be, from the Security Trustee pursuant to the exercise by the Security Trustee of any rights or powers it may have pursuant to the Security Documents) on any date is less than the total sum due under this Agreement on that date, the Agent shall apply that amount in or towards payment of the following sums in the following order:
