Common use of Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference Clause in Contracts

Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference. Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Lease shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) This Lease; (2) the Work Letter; (3) all the attachments and exhibits prepared by the Tenant, and (4) attachments prepared by the Landlord. All of the foregoing are incorporated fully by reference. All attachments, and all documents referred to in this paragraph are hereby incorporated fully by reference.
