Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Contract shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) this Addendum, (2) the State’s cloud terms, if applicable, (3) the Form Contract, (4) other attachments prepared by the State, (5) RFP #_____, (6) Contractor’s response to RFP #_____, and (7) attachments prepared by the Contractor. All attachments, and all documents referred to in this paragraph, are hereby incorporated fully by reference.
