Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference. Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Agreement shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) requirements imposed by applicable federal or state law, (2) this Agreement, (3) Exhibits prepared by the IMPO, (4) IMPO Call for Projects; (5) the CFP Application; and (6) Exhibits prepared by LPA. All of the foregoing are incorporated fully herein by reference.
