Common use of Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference Clause in Contracts

Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference. Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Agreement shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) this Agreement; (2) exhibits/attachments prepared by the IEDC; and (3) exhibits/attachments prepared by the Contractor.
