Common use of Order Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Order Withdrawal. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that if it withdraws or cancels: (a) one or more Service(s) from an Order; or (b) an Order in its entirety before INTECK IT has completed provisioning the relevant Service(s) or Order (as applicable), the Customer will be liable for and must pay INTECK IT an Order Withdrawal Charge.

Order Withdrawal. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that if it withdraws or cancels: (a) one or more Service(s) from an Order; or (b) an Order in its entirety entirety, before INTECK IT iiNet has completed provisioning the relevant Service(s) or Order (as applicable), the Customer will be liable for and must pay INTECK IT iiNet an Order Withdrawal Charge.
