Ordering Rules Upon Death Of Individual. For purposes of the ordering rules upon distribution, a Beneficiary’s inherited Xxxx IRAs may not be aggregated with any other Xxxx IRAs maintained by such Beneficiary, except for other Xxxx IRAs that the Beneficiary inherited from the same decedent. However, if the surviving Spouse is the sole Beneficiary of a Xxxx XXX and such surviving Spouse elects to treat the Xxxx XXX as his or her own Xxxx XXX, the Spouse can aggregate contributions with his or her other Xxxx IRAs for purposes of determining the ordering rules when distributions are taken.
