Common use of ORDERING & SHIPMENT Clause in Contracts

ORDERING & SHIPMENT. 5.1 PURCHASE ORDERS - All Product Orders from Tellabs shall be dated and reference the contract number of this Agreement. No additional or different terms on the face or reverse side of any purchase order, or in any written communications from Tellabs shall supercede or amend the terms of this Agreement, unless such terms are agreed upon in advance, set forth in writing and signed by an authorized representative of each Party.
