Ordering Software Clause Samples

The "Ordering Software" clause defines the procedures and requirements for purchasing or licensing software under an agreement. Typically, it outlines how orders are placed, what information must be included (such as product names, quantities, and delivery details), and any approval or acceptance processes that must be followed. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, standardized method for initiating software transactions, reducing misunderstandings and streamlining the procurement process.
