Common use of Orders and Commitments Clause in Contracts

Orders and Commitments. The aggregate of all accepted and unfulfilled orders for the sale of products entered into by Sellers does not exceed amounts which would be outstanding in the ordinary course of the Business, and the aggregate of all commitments for the purchase of inventory by Sellers does not exceed amounts which would be outstanding in the ordinary course of the Business. All such commitments and orders were made in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
