Common use of Ordinary Banking Transaction Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Banking Transaction. The transfer of the Receivables by the Bank to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement has been approved by the board of directors of the Bank, which approval is reflected in the records of such board. The Bank shall maintain a record of this Agreement in its official records for purposes of Sections 11(d)(9), 11(n)(4)(I) and Section 13(e) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended.
