Common use of Ordinary Market Purchases Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Market Purchases. For greater certainty, nothing contained in this Agreement, including without limitation the obligations of US Gold contained in Section 2.8, shall limit the ability of US Gold (or any of its Subsidiaries (including without limitation, Callco or Exchangeco) to make ordinary market purchases of shares of US Gold Common Stock in accordance with applicable Laws and regulatory or stock exchange requirements.
