Organisation Data. 6.1. Subject only to the provisions of clauses 6.2 to 6.3, no data shall be uploaded to Xxxxx Plus by the Organisation. HESA Services shall be entitled to permanently delete, without prior notice to the Organisation or any Authorised User, any data which is uploaded to Xxxxx Plus otherwise than in accordance with clauses 6.2 to 6.3.
