Organisation will Sample Clauses

Organisation will. (a) comply with its obligations under the DP Legislation and Regulation which arise in relation to this Addendum, the Agreement and the receipt of the Services;‌ (b) not do or omit to do anything which causes the processor (or any of the processor’s sub-processor) to breach any of its obligations under the DP Legislation and Regulation; and‌ (c) reimburse the processor for any reasonable costs incurred by the processor in performing its obligations under clauses, 4.7, 4.8, and 4.9 in each case except to the extent that such costs were incurred because of any breach by the processor of its obligations under this Addendum.‌
