Organization and Offering Expenses Limitation. The Company may reimburse a Manager and its Affiliates and/or a Company Administrator and its Affiliates for Organization and Offering Expenses incurred by a Manager or its Affiliates and/or a Company Administrator and its Affiliates; provided, however, that the total amount of all Organization and Offering Expenses shall be reasonable and shall be included in Front End Fees for purposes of the limit on such Front End Fees set forth in Section 13.2.
