Organization and Principal Place of Business. The Subscriber is a partnership duly formed, organized and existing under the laws of the state or other jurisdiction of its formation. The address set forth on the Subscriber’s signature page to this Agreement is the Subscriber’s correct principal place of business, and the Subscriber has no present intention of moving its principal place of business to any other domestic or foreign jurisdiction.
