Common use of Organization Documents, Resolutions, Etc Clause in Contracts

Organization Documents, Resolutions, Etc. (A) copies of the Organization Documents of each Loan Party certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, where applicable, and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such Loan Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date;

Organization Documents, Resolutions, Etc. (A) copies of the Organization Documents of each Loan Credit Party certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, where applicable, and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such Loan Credit Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date;; and

(A) copies of the Organization Documents of each Domestic Loan Party certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, where applicable, and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such Domestic Loan Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date;

(A) copies of the Organization Documents of each U.S. Loan Party certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Government Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, where applicable, and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such U.S. Loan Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date;

(A1) copies of the Organization Documents of each Loan Party certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation or organization, where applicable, and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such Loan Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date;

(Ai) copies of the Organization Documents of each Loan Party certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its formation, incorporation or organization, where applicable, and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of such Loan Party to be true and correct as of the Closing Date;
