Common use of Organization Documents Clause in Contracts

Organization Documents. The documents delivered pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(iv) constitute, as of the Closing Date, all of the organizational documents (together with all amendments and modifications thereof) of the Borrower and the Guarantor.
