Organization, Good Will. Papetti's Hygrade and the Acquired Entities shall preserve their business organizations intact, and use their best efforts to retain substantially as at present their respective employees and officers, and preserve the good will of their respective suppliers, customers and others having business relations with them.

Kxxxxxx and the Stockholder will preserve Kapadia’s business organizations intact, will retain its present key employees, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the good will of its suppliers, customers and others having business relations with Kxxxxxx.
