Common use of Organization of Savia Clause in Contracts

Organization of Savia. Savia is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the United Mexican States. Savia has full corporate power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, to own, hold, exchange and transfer the 16,688 shares of Class C Preferred Stock, the Cash Obligation and the Dividends.
