Common use of Organization of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Organization of the Purchaser. The Purchaser is a Delaware corporation, validly existing and in good standing under the Laws of the state of its organization and has all requisite corporate power to own, lease and operate its property and to carry on its business as now being conducted and is duly qualified or licensed to do business and is in good standing in each jurisdiction where the concept of good standing exists and in which the nature of its business or ownership or leasing of its properties and assets makes such qualification or licensing necessary.
