Common use of Organization of TX China Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Organization of TX China Subsidiaries. Section 3.03 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth the name, the registered address, the legal representative, the date of establishment, the valid duration and the registered capital of such TX China Subsidiary. Each such TX China Subsidiary is an entity duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the PRC. Each TX China Subsidiary has the full power and right to conduct its business in accordance with its business license, articles of association or similar organizational documents.
