Organization; Power, Etc. The Subrecipient is a political subdivision of the State located entirely within the geographic boundaries of the County with full legal right and power to authorize, execute, and deliver this Agreement, to receive the Grant, to undertake and implement the use of Grant funds described in the Application and to carry out and consummate all transactions contemplated by the foregoing (including without limitation the recordkeeping and reporting described herein);
