Common use of Organizational and Capital Structure Clause in Contracts

Organizational and Capital Structure. The organizational structure and capital structure of Holdings and its Subsidiaries, both before and after giving effect to the initial borrowings hereunder and under the Second Lien Term Facility, shall be as set forth on Schedule 4.1.
