Common use of Organizational and Other Costs Clause in Contracts

Organizational and Other Costs. The Partnership paid or caused to be paid all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the formation and organization of the Partnership, except to the extent that such costs were required to be borne by the parties to the Venture Agreement as set forth therein. Such costs and expenses borne by the Partnership included, without limitation, all related accounting, consulting, filing and registration costs.
