Organizational Conflicts of Interest. (a) Definition. An organizational conflict of interest is a set of facts or circumstances, a relationship, or other situation under which Vendor, agent or Subcontractor has past, present, or currently planned personal or financial activities or interests that either directly or in- directly: (1) Impairs or diminishes Vendor’s, agent’s or Subcontractor’s ability to render im- partial or non-discriminatory Services to DIR and the Customers; or (2) Provides the Vendor, agent or Subcontractor an unfair competitive advantage in the Procurement and future DIR procurements.
